Job summary

42North Dental in Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to manage the patient experience from initial exam through treatment delivery. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 annually, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. The role offers mentorship through a network of doctors and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and best practices through continuing education.
