42North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our patient‑centered practice in Pennsylvania. You will lead comprehensive exams, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans from initial assessment to delivery of care.

The role emphasizes excellence in patient education, record-keeping, and collaboration with our team. Competitive compensation includes a $20,000 sign‑on bonus and extensive continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain accurate medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
