42North Dental, a national dental practice, seeks a full-time Associate Dentist to deliver comprehensive care from exam to treatment. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a pathway for mentorship and continuing education.

Qualifications

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
Current state license to practice dentistry.
Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
Proof of malpractice insurance.
Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Promote oral health and disease prevention.
Diagnose oral diseases.
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
Review treatment plan options with patients.
Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
