Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a patient-focused practice. You will manage the entire clinical patient experience—from initial exam to delivery of care, including in-office services like periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state license to practice dentistry.
• BLS or CPR certification and Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment options.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment choices.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissue.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics, and professionalism.
• Stay current with new developments and continuing education.
