Job summary

42North Dental is hiring a full-time Associate Dentist in the United States. You will oversee the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dentistry license.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B; malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review, interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain high standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.
