Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a collaborative team and deliver comprehensive dental care across exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning. The Dentist will manage patient care from initial exam to delivery of services including restorative and surgical procedures.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and oral tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics and professionalism.
• Pursue ongoing education through courses and professional development.
