42 North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a team focused on delivering comprehensive dental care. The role involves managing the patient experience from exam through treatment, with in-office specialties and a strong emphasis on education and quality care.

Qualified candidates hold a DMD/DDS, a valid state license, BLS/CPR, and malpractice insurance. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is offered, with long-term earning potential noted as substantial.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
• Keep updated with new developments and continuing education.
