42 North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a team built by dentists for dentists. You will deliver comprehensive dental care, evaluate treatment options with patients, and contribute to a network that emphasizes mentorship and collaboration.

The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and opportunities for professional growth, continuing education, and partnership-like equity within a supportive practice network.

Formación

• DMD or DDS degree from a ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures within the oral cavity.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.
• Pursue ongoing education to stay current with developments.
