Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care, from exams and treatment planning to delivery of care across in-house specialties. You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases and create treatment plans aligned with patient goals.

The role offers extensive continuing education, mentorship within a nationwide network, and an equity-earning potential. Annual compensation ranges with a $150k–$250k USD band and a $20k sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics and professionalism.
• Pursue continuing education and professional development.
