Job summary
42North Dental is seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist for a full-time role. You will oversee the complete patient experience from exam to treatment delivery and collaborate across in-office specialties, including periodontics, endodontics, surgery, and orthodontics.
The position offers a $150,000–$250,000 USD annual target with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, plus comprehensive benefits, mentorship, and growth opportunities within a supportive network of doctors.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
- Current state license to practice dentistry.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- Current BLS or CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention.
- Diagnose oral diseases.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
- Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
- Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
- Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
- Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
- Maintain the highest quality and ethical standards in care.
