Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a comprehensive practice with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. Earn up to $150,000–$250,000 USD annually with a $20,000 sign-on bonus and extensive continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.

Education
