Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a patient-centric practice in Pennsylvania. You will manage the complete patient experience from exam through treatment, with in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, mentorship, continuing education opportunities, and strong earning potential, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality and ethical standards of care.
• Stay updated on new developments and best practices.
