Job summary

42North Dental in Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to lead the patient care experience from exam to delivery of treatment. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing CE opportunities. Qualified candidates hold a DMD or DDS, current licensure, Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new technologies and best practices.
