Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist in Enfield, CT. You will manage the full patient experience from initial exam to treatment delivery, with in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. Expect a steady patient flow and a comprehensive benefits package.

The role offers 4–5 days per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a daily guarantee and up to 36% production-based compensation. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is also available.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment.
• Educate patients on oral health options and treatments.
• Create, review and update treatment plans.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care and select surgical procedures.
• Review patient records and interpret X‑rays.
• Maintain high quality of care and ethics in patient interactions.
