Job summary

42North Dental in Enfield, CT is seeking a full-time Dentist to manage the complete clinical patient experience—from initial exam to delivery of care. In-house services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

You will educate patients, develop treatment plans, and ensure quality care with a strong standards of professionalism. Compensation includes a generous annual rate with a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist with active state license.
• Vaccination documentation required (Hepatitis B).
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care and surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
