Job summary

42 North Dental in Enfield, CT is seeking a full-time General Dentist to manage the complete clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer up to $15K sign-on bonus and a daily guarantee with up to 36% production. Benefits include medical, vision, 401K, CE opportunities, mentorship, equity potential, and a strong doctor network.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination confirmation.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• BLS or CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
