Job summary

42 North Dental in Enfield, CT is seeking a General Dentist to oversee the full patient encounter from initial exam through treatment planning and delivery. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The practice offers substantial earning potential and a robust support network. The position is full-time, based in Enfield, CT, with a schedule of 4–5 days per week, 8AM–5PM, and a daily guarantee up to 36%.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality of care and ethics.
• Stay up-to-date with new developments and best practices.
