Dental Health Group is seeking an Associate Dentist to join a patient-focused, relationship-driven private practice operating from two locations in WA. The role emphasizes comprehensive general dentistry, education, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Valid, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Washington.
• Active DEA and CPR/BLS certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a gentle chairside manner.
• Commitment to continuing education and staying current with dental technologies.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive, periodic, and limited oral examinations.
• Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment plans to patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical care including restorative, crown and bridge, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in our practice management software.
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and front office team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
