Responsibilities

• Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment plans addressing functional and aesthetic needs.
• Provide high-quality clinical care including restorations, crowns/bridges, removable prosthodontics, basic endodontics, and oral surgery.
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management software.
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and front office for a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive, periodic, and limited oral examinations.
• Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment plans to patients to address their functional and aesthetic needs.
• Provide high-quality clinical care, including "bread and butter" dentistry (composite restorations, crown and bridge, removable prosthodontics, basic endodontics, and oral surgery).
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in our practice management software.
• Collaborate with our hygienists, dental assistants, and front office team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Valid, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Washington (or ability to obtain).
• Active DEA and CPR/BLS certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a gentle and empathetic chairside manner.
