Prime Dental Tri-Cities is seeking Associate Dentists for general dentistry with mentorship from day one and autonomy for experienced dentists. We offer a daily earnings guarantee with no cap, and a collaborative, patient-first, non-corporate environment across Tri-Cities, WA.

We provide mentorship in implants, oral surgery, endodontics, and complex cases, with strong support and opportunities for long-term career growth in a private practice setting.

Qualifications

Clinical Scope

As a larger, well‑established practice, we offer a wide variety of procedures, including but not limited to:

• Crown & Bridge
• Restorative Dentistry
• Oral Surgery (including wisdom tooth removal)
• Implant Placement
• Endodontics

We also complete a high volume of dentures and orthodontic cases. No prior experience is required —our mentorship program provides the training and support needed to confidently perform advanced procedures.

• Flexible scheduling with morning, evening, and weekend options
• Practices located in Tri‑Cities, Washington, a fast‑growing area known for wine country, outdoor recreation, and a strong community
• Convenient access to major cities:
