Job summary

42 North Dental in Torrington, CT is seeking a General Dentist to join our team. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to care, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer flexible scheduling (2-5 days per week, 8AM-5PM), a compensation model of up to 36% of collections, comprehensive benefits, CE opportunities, and a supportive, growth‑driven workplace.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state dental license is required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on options and maintain records.
• Review treatment plans and patient records.
• Perform restorative and surgical dental procedures.
• Maintain high ethics and professionalism.
