Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to lead the patient experience from examination to treatment. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is offered. The role emphasizes high-quality care, mentorship, and education through a broad network of doctors.

Ideal candidates hold a DDS/DMD, current license, Hep B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and professional ethics.
