Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care to patients, from examination to treatment delivery. The role includes in-office specialty services and a pathway to leadership within a growing network.

The position offers up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for continuing education and professional mentorship at a respected practice group.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high-quality standard of care and ethical professionalism.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
