42North Dental is offering a full-time Associate Dentist position with a generous sign-on bonus up to $20,000. The role supports a comprehensive range of in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, backed by strong mentorship and a network of doctors.

Candidate must hold a DMD or DDS, possess a current state license, and have Hepatitis B vaccination and malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures for oral cavity.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.
• Stay updated on developments and best practices.
