Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care from initial exams to treatment plans and care delivery. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics with a strong emphasis on patient education and prevention.

The role offers a generous sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and a pathway to mentorship within a broad network of doctors. Competitive compensation aligns with experience and ongoing CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review patient records and update dental charts.
• Interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest standard of care and ethics.
• Stay current with new developments and best practices.
