Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist for our Hollidaysburg, PA practice. You will manage the entire patient experience from initial exam and treatment planning to delivery of care, including in-house specialties like periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

This role offers a daily schedule of 8AM-5PM, 4- to 5-day workweeks, and a compensation structure that includes a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, along with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth/jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.

Education

DMD or DDS degree
