Job summary
42 North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist in Hollidaysburg, PA. You will oversee the patient experience from initial exam through delivery of care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.
The role offers a daily schedule of 8AM-5PM, 4–5 days per week, with a compensation model that includes a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections and bonuses. Comprehensive benefits and CE opportunities are included.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
- Current state license to practice dentistry.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention.
- Diagnose oral diseases.
- Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
- Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient health.
- Review treatment plan options with patients.
- Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
- Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
- Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
- Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
