Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our Hollidaysburg, PA practice. The role covers 4-5 days per week (Mon-Fri), 8 AM–5 PM, with compensation structured as base guarantee or up to 36% of collections. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

The Dentist will oversee the full clinical patient experience from exam to care delivery, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
