Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our Hollidaysburg, PA team. You will manage the patient experience from exam to care delivery, offering in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, and orthodontics.

The role features a 4–5 day work week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM shifts, and a daily guarantee or 36% of collections. Benefits include health insurance, dental and vision coverage, and 401K with CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.
