Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead patient care from initial exam to delivery of comprehensive dental services. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a strong patient flow and opportunities for growth.

The role offers a competitive annual rate with earnings potential via collections and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K, and ongoing CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license in good standing.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS/CPR certification currently valid.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Stay up to date with new developments and continue education.
