Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a dentist to oversee the full patient care journey, from initial exam through delivery of care. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Update and maintain patient medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality of care and ethical standards.
• Stay updated with new developments and continuing education.

Education
