Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead the clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment planning to delivery of comprehensive care. The practice includes in-office periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a focus on high-quality patient outcomes.

The role offers high earning potential with up to 36% of collections, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities to engage in CE events through Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
