42 North Dental is seeking a licensed dentist to join a growing practice in Rhode Island. The role encompasses the full patient experience from exam to treatment delivery, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will work in a patient-centered environment with a focus on high-quality care and ongoing education. Compensation is milestone-based, with earnings up to 36% of collections and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• University-based dental degree (DMD/DDS) from CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health options and treatments.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
