42 North Dental in Torrington, CT is seeking a General Dentist for either part-time or full-time hours (8am–5pm, 2–5 days/week). Compensation is up to 36% of collections. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with patient‑centered care at the core.

The role emphasizes comprehensive clinical care from exam to treatment, with opportunities for continuing education and growth within a supportive practice.

Formación

• DDS or DMD degree from ADA CODA-accredited program
• Current state dental license
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education
