Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA is hiring a full-time General Dentist to join our team. You will oversee the patient experience from exam to treatment and deliver in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will promote oral health, create treatment plans, review options with patients, maintain records, and stay updated with new techniques. The role includes a $20K sign-on bonus and compensation up to 36% of collections, plus a daily guarantee.

Qualifications

• Must have DMD or DDS from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination for Hepatitis B documented.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
