Job summary

42North Dental is recruiting a Dentist for a busy practice at Gentle Dental Rochester. The dentist will manage the full clinical patient experience, from exam and treatment planning to delivering high-quality care across multiple specialties.

Earn up to 36% of collections with exclusive CE opportunities and a network of doctors for mentorship. Strong patient base and ongoing growth opportunities are offered in a modern, Equity-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Malpractice insurance coverage is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and best practices through continuing education.
