Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join Gentle Dental Rochester in Rochester, NH. You will oversee the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment, collaborating with specialists as needed to deliver exceptional care.

The position offers a strong earning potential (up to 36% of collections), comprehensive medical/vision benefits, malpractice reimbursement, a 401(k) with immediate eligibility, and ongoing CE opportunities within a supportive network of doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry is required.
• Hepatitis B vaccination is documented.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification is current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Maintain and update patient medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Deliver high-quality restorative and preventive care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism in all interactions.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.
