Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Dentist for Gentle Dental Rochester in Rochester, NH. The role involves overseeing the full clinical patient experience, including exams, treatment planning, and delivery of care across in-office specialties.

You will work with a strong patient base and be supported by an established network of doctors to provide high-quality care. Compensation includes earning up to 36% of collections, performance-based bonuses, a strong upside, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• BLS or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices, and standards of care through continuing education and professional development
