42 North Dental in Massachusetts is seeking a Dentist to lead the clinical patient experience from exam to treatment. The practice emphasizes comprehensive care, periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics within a collaborative team.

You will educate patients, create treatment plans, review options with patients, and maintain accurate medical and dental records. The role offers strong earning potential through collections and ongoing educational opportunities through Harvard Rounds

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
