42North Dental in Portland, ME seeks a licensed dentist to lead comprehensive dental care for the practice’s patient base. You will oversee exams, diagnoses, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative and cosmetic procedures within a modern, patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a ADA CODA-accredited program (or equivalent).
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics, with ongoing professional development.
