42North Dental in Portland, ME, invites a dentist to join our restorative and aesthetic practice. You will manage the full patient experience from exam and treatment planning to delivery of care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance and BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatment options and outcomes.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Carry out surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain ethics and high standards of care.
