Job summary

42North Dental in Portland, ME seeks a DDS/DMD to lead full-scope restorative and cosmetic dentistry. You will manage exams, treatment planning, and in-office specialty services, delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• You must have a DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• You must hold a current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
