Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join a restorative and aesthetic-driven practice in Portland, ME. You will manage the full patient experience from exam through treatment delivery, including in-office periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics as needed.

The role offers a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time), strong earning potential based on production, and a modern, patient-centered environment with mentorship and collaboration across a network of doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current licensure to practice dentistry in the state.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health options.
• Implement restorative and preventive care.
• Provide surgical procedures when needed.
• Maintain accurate medical and dental records.
• Stay current with new developments and best practices.
