Job summary

42North Dental in Torrington, CT seeks a General Dentist to join our team. You will manage the entire patient experience from exam to treatment and collaborate across in-office specialties, including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The position offers up to 36% of collections with a comprehensive benefits package. This role can be part-time or full-time, with opportunities for ongoing CE and professional development through our Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Current state dentistry license in good standing.
• Hepatitis B vaccination verified.
• Malpractice insurance coverage required.
• BLS or CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and discuss treatment options.
• Create and review dental treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update dental records and x‑rays.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Carry out surgical procedures on teeth and surrounding tissues.
