Job summary

The Dental Center of Eagan is seeking a skilled associate dentist to join our established, doctor-owned general practice in Minnesota.

This part-time role starts with negotiable hours (preferred Tuesday and Friday) and offers the potential to purchase equity within 12–24 months under mutually agreed terms. You will deliver comprehensive dentistry while collaborating with the owner to learn the practice and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of general dentistry experience.
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, patient-centered practice.
• Strong communication and professionalism to contribute to collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Dental charting and treatment planning
• Prophylaxis, scaling, and periodontal care
• Oral hygiene instruction and patient education
• Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration
