Job summary

University of Minnesota School of Dentistry is seeking a skilled dentist to join a patient-centered general practice in Minnesota. This associate role starts part-time with flexible scheduling and possibility to increase days based on patient needs.

The right candidate will work with the current owner to learn the practice, build relationships with patients, and may have the opportunity to purchase equity within 12-24 months under mutually agreed terms.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in general dentistry.
• College-level education expected.
• Strong communication and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Dental charting and treatment planning for patients.
• Perform calculus removal, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal care.
• Provide oral hygiene instruction and patient education.
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide.
• Maintain CPR certification and ensure patient safety.
• Schedule and coordinate care with the team.
