The Staff Pad partnered with a reputed dentist clinic in Minnetonka, MN to identify an experienced Associate Dentist to join their growing practice. You will work alongside an experienced lead dentist in a collaborative environment with modern technology and autonomy to build lasting patient relationships.

This full-time opportunity offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 30–40 hours per week, a strong team, and opportunities for professional development in a technology-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical, diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions.
• Perform routine dental examinations, cleanings, and preventive treatments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Interpret diagnostic X-rays to assess oral health.
