Job summary

42North Dental in Bethlehem, CT seeks a Dentist to lead the patient experience from exam to treatment. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Candidates must hold a DMD/DDS, have a valid state license, Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR certification. The role offers comprehensive benefits, mentorship, and strong earning potential with a transparent compensation structure.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
