Job summary

42North Dental in Canton Center, CT is seeking a dentist to lead the patient care experience from exam to treatment planning. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patient records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
