Job summary

42 North Dental in Rhode Island seeks a dedicated dentist to deliver comprehensive patient care across exams, treatment planning, and in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. You will lead the patient experience from initial visit to delivering care.

The role offers a compensation model up to 36% of collections, a sign-on bonus, health and dental benefits, and opportunities for continuing education through Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through continuing education

Education

DMD or DDS degree
